Resource Center
The resource center maintains a comprehensive collection of alcohol, tobacco and other drug prevention and treatment information. This information is provided to all California agencies at no cost through a Clearinghouse and Internet Communication Links. These services can be accessed by e-mail or telephone during the business hours of 8:30 a.m to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
